Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that order processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed. These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

Primal Science ships to multiple regions, including domestic and international destinations where permitted.

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Primal Science is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Primal Science is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Primal Science is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Primal Science is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged package and product

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution.
